This project was developed for the Editorial Project, during my graduation at Santa Catarina's Federal University (UFSC).
Offering 3 routes around the world and a gastronomic passport, our authors take the reader through America, Europe and Asia, adventuring through all the foods and drinks and taking notes of what we see around us. Just like who travels, who reads these books is invited to meet new tastes and cultures.
Each book brings informations, curiosities and recipes of 12 different countries. And if eating has everything to do with culture, pack to go, please!
